Timack has years of experience in the manufacture of pre-formed plywood components. Careful selection of veneers, glues and other raw materials combined with this experience enables us to produce plywood components which meet and exceed industry standards.

Production Process

By using various thicknesses of veneer or plywood, boards are laminated to the required thickness. The boards are then machined to shape, drilled and t-nuts added if required, edges sanded to take upholstery or in some cases a lacquered finish.
